How did we get here

Our story starts in Perth, Australia way back in 1999. A time when Y2K was a thing, Britney and Justin were a thing, and candles were the kind of things you could only buy at tarot card stores and daggy weekend markets. The scent of those candles was headache- inducing, the burn time super fast, and the look was more lava lamp than luxury.
Our goal was simple: create beautiful scents (minus the headache), with a high quality wax in simple, elegantly designed vessels.

We opened our first store in the year 2000.

And so an industry was born. 

What we Love

We still design our unique and complex scents here in Sydney, Australia, and we work with the world’s best fragrance houses to transform that gorgeous scent into a unique fragrance that can be enjoyed every day in your home.
We haven’t stopped at candles, either - we have all kinds of home fragrances, gifts, homewares and home accessories. We have almost 150 stores across Australia and New Zealand, and we have the biggest range of home fragrances in Australia.
