Here’s everything you need to know:
Shop Online
Fill your basket and go through the checkout process.
Select your store
Select your closest Click & Collect Store* at the checkout.
Pick up in store
Once confirmed, you’ll get an email when your product is ready to be picked up*
Show confirmation
Don’t forget to show the confirmation email (On your mobile is fine) when picking up.
** Order before 1pm for same day Click & Collect pick up. If you order after 1pm your item will be available the next day.
You will get two emails from us through the order confirmation phase - the first one is when you have purchased your items for Click & Collect via the website and the second will be an email confirming your items are ready for collection from your nominated store.
Orders will be available for pick up within 24 hours if you order before 1pm. If you order after 1pm your order will be ready the next day. There are some cases when these time frames may not be possible EG: During peak trading times such as Mother’s Day and Christmas where we may need to alter the pick up time-frame. Please note: Orders can only be pick up during store trading hours which can be found on our STORE LOCATOR page.
Just the confirmation email to ensure we are picking up the right products for you. Either shown on your mobile or printed if that’s your jam!
Absolutely. As long as they have the confirmation email so we can identify the order.
It’s not very often we can shout this from the rooftops but Click & Collect is 100% FREE.
We take good care of your order for 14 days once it’s been confirmed for collection. If for any reason your order can’t be collected within those 14 days we will cancel it and refund you. (If you do want to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team HERE with the order number.)
