dusk offers delivery through New Zealand excluding delivery to the outer islands.
Outer islands include, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island
All orders are dispatched from our Mount Wellington warehouse in Auckland on the same day or next business day via New Zealand Post.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details which will allow you to track your order via the New Zealand Post website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to be registered in the New Zealand Post systems.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential, PO Boxes and ParcelPod's in New Zealand. If you are not at home at the time of delivery you can enter your tracking number in the New Zealand Post missed parcel tool tool to view redelivery options.
Gift Card Deliveries
Gift Cards (excluding eGift Cards) are dispatched from our Customer Support Office and will arrive separately from other products you may have ordered.
If your order includes a Gift Card and other products, you will only be charged one delivery charge.
dusk New Zealand does not ship to Australia. All orders on the dusk New Zealand website are for delivery with-in New Zealand. To place an order for delivery to an Australian address, inlcuding Gift cards. Visit www.dusk.com.au
At present dusk only delivers within Australia and New Zealand and does not ship any orders outside of these countries.
